    Really helpful. So so true. I’ve been on the other end of the offer of general help, and though appreciated, it’s not always, well, helpful.
    The best help I experienced through my illness was when people were this direct in their offers, and when they just ‘did’.
    And now a massive challenge for me being back on the other side!
